Jeffery FlaggDirector of STEM
Jeffery Flagg serves as Mirman's Director of STEM. Mr. Flagg comes to Mirman after serving 14 years as a technology integrationist in the public school system, including the Glendale and South Pasadena Unified school districts. He recently comes to us after a six-year stint as the Director of Academic Technology at Los Encinos School in Encino. He was Teacher of the Year in 2007 and 2008 while teaching at the Students for Integrated Academics and Technologies Charter High School for his work in creative and design technologies. He studied industrial engineering at San Diego State University and earned his B.S. degree in instructional design and technology from Walden University, followed by a M.S. in education from California State University, Fullerton, with an emphasis on curriculum, instruction, and assessment. He is an Ed.D. candidate studying educational leadership at Arizona State University.
