Stephanie FederMathematics and Science Teacher
Beginning in 2017-2018, Ms. Feder added science to her repertoire at Mirman, leading science classes for both Room 5 and Upper School 1. Prior to coming to Mirman, Ms. Feder taught high school biology, physics, and chemistry in New York City, and has done a wonderful job as an US teacher and advisor. She completed two years of service with Teach for America as a High School Special Education Science Teacher at New Visions Charter High School for Advanced Math and Science in the Bronx. She is a graduate of the Master’s in Adolescent Special Education (Grades 7-12) program at Hunter College in New York, NY, and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in mathematics from Emory University.
