We would like to congratulate all of our student-athletes for a mesmerizing winter sports season! Today, we'll share recaps from our boy's basketball teams.

Room 5 Boy’s Blue
The Room 5 Boys Blue Basketball team had a good season and ended with a 3-3 record. Throughout our season, the boys played hard and demonstrated respect, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. The highlight of the season was the great team victory over Sierra Canyon. Overall, it was a good season and we look forward to the boys having a great season next year in Upper School 1.

Room 5 Boy’s White
The boys had a wonderful season and each of them improved as basketball players. They learned how to be assertive when playing defense, which lead to most of their points throughout the season. Most of their games were very competitive and evenly matched, which made all of our games super fun. The boys ended their season finishing in 1st place with an undefeated record going 5–0.

US1 Boy’s

started out the season with a rough loss in our first game. The boys

learned from that game and each individual took responsibility for their

play. They learned a new defense, which helped them compete against the

other teams in our division and lead to victories. The boys finished

the season on a winning streak going 4–0. They ended up coming in 2nd

place with a record of 4–1.

US2 Boy’s Blue

Boys Basketball (Blue) finished their season with a hard-fought loss

against Chaminade. Even though the team had a tough season filled with

injuries, hard loses and other adversities, they never stopped

competing. The highlight of the season was the game against Curtis where

the boys almost pulled out a major upset. Overall, the team played well

this season and we expect them to be very competitive next year in

Upper School 3.

US2 Boy’s White

Boy's Basketball (White) had an amazing season. We won every game

except for our 1st game during the regular season. Leading the free

throw contest to break a 3-way tie for 1st place, we came up short in

both our playoff games leaving us in 3rd place. These young men

displayed a humble attitude and continued to grow through the season. We

look forward to winning all next year.

US3 & US4 Boy’s Basketball

job by our US3 & US4 athletes this season. Despite a late start, we

were able to pull out an undefeated season. What a great feeling it

must be for our seniors to graduate knowing they left their mark forever

etched in Mirman history. They will only continue to improve as they

move on to high school sports.

Go Mustangs!
