After the school year ends, campus is still buzzing at Mirman School. Not only is Mirman a partner with Johns Hopkins Center for Gifted and Talented Youth (CTY) to host their summer program for seven- to twelve-year-olds, we run the long-standing Camp Mirman program annually.
Camp Mirman is a comprehensive STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Athletics and Math) day camp open to students entering pre-school, Kindergarten, or First Grade in the 2020-2021 school year.
Camp Mirman offers the following opportunities:
Mini Mustangs (must be three years old by June 1, 2020 and potty-trained)
Campers are engaged in weekly, themed, hands-on curriculum that includes language arts, math, science, and the visual arts. The intimate environment, with a 1:6 camper-instructor ratio, promotes socialization as well as encourages our youngest campers to explore their imagination and creativity. The Mini Mustang program runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Campers can sign up for a week at a time.

Rising Kindergarten and First Grade Students
Camp Mirman is offering the Mirman community early registration for Summer 2020. Our rising Kindergarten and First Grade classes will have the opportunity to register for one or two 3-week sessions (6/22-7/10 and 7/13-7/31) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Campers will work with Mirman’s Kindergarten and First Grade instructors to sharpen their academic skills through engaging, hand-on, STEAM curriculum, cooking and sports. If spots remain after the early bird process ends, registration will open up to rising Kindergarteners and First Graders from the general public.
Pricing and registration information will be available by March 1. If you have any questions or would like to join our list for more information on upcoming camps, please email [email protected].
