Join us for a sit-down dumplings omakase dinner with Chef Jodi Lin of DumpLins. Enjoy a delicious meal celebrating the last day of Lunar New Year festivities with a Lantern Festival meal featuring 16 courses of unique dumpling flavors along with specialty cocktails and sake! Chef Lin will be on site preparing sumptuous dumplings including her Niu Rou Mian DumpLin (Taiwanese beef noodle soup dumpling), Kalbi DumpLin (Korean BBQ kalbi with pickled radish, rice paper, egg, scallions, and garlic dumpling), Bawk Bawk DumpLin (Hainan chicken dumpling), and the Zhajiangmein DumpLin (baked tofu, ground chicken, sweet bean sauce, carrot, and cucumber dumpling), which was featured on Season 2 of Tastemade's The Curious Chef.
